How can I pay you?

For larger items, like our furniture we require a 50% deposit before the build begins.
We accept debit, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Etsy gift cards all through Etsy.  If you are local, and prefer to pay us directly we welcome your payment we accept cash.


What about shipping?

Our furniture pieces that are shippable are professionally wrapped and packaged to protect the piece as much as possible before shipping.

We offer two shipping options:
1--Greyhound, which saves money. Traditional "to your door" delivery often charges as much or more than the piece.
*Cost for shipping with Greyhound is what is listed in each item as shipping.
*You will need to pickup the item from your local Greyhound station.
*Greyhound does not offer insurance on furniture delivery. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packaged shipped with Greyhound.
2--FedEx Freight. This option is more costly. However, it is delivered to your home. Insurance is available with this option. PLEASE CONTACT US TO ADD THIS OPTION.

Cost example: Ashmore Coffee Table Shipping Greyhound: $220
Ashmore Coffee Table Shipping FedEx Freight: $300+

We also offer free pickup to customers in Upstate South Carolina. Please contact us for that option.

PICK UP ONLY PIECES---Dining Tables, benches, console, and Beds are pickup only.

Do you use reclaimed wood?

We build some of our smaller products from reclaimed wood, customers should expect variations from our sample to their product. Any variation or defect is acceptable with reclaimed lumber if the product is structurally stable. These are examples of character marks that can appear in reclaimed lumber: mineral staining, color changes, species changes, weathering, discoloration and staining, rough-sawn, cracking, nail holes, loose knots, tool marks, dents, thickness variations, splitting, and mixed grain patterns. If customer has specific standards for items such as color or texture of wood, those standards need to be very clearly put in writing in advance and we will do our best.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Since each item is handmade to order, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately.

To cancel any order, you must contact us via Etsy, email, or phone within 24 hours after the order is placed. The 24 hours includes Saturday, and Sunday. After 24 hours, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customs orders (Non-standard sizes and/or colors) cannot be cancelled after the initial 24 hours. This is our cancellation policy no matter what item you are purchasing, and no matter what the reason is for canceling.
